The jubilee 20th edition of the DHL Sereďmaratón has gained an important regional partner. The Regional Tourism Organization Matúšova zem has decided to support an event that has been bringing together athletes, families, and cycling enthusiasts from across Slovakia and abroad for two decades.
The Matúšova zem Regional Tourism Organization has long been dedicated to promoting the region through cultural, social, and sporting events. Its goal is to highlight the natural, historical, and tourist attractions of the area between the Váh, Dudváh, and Malý Dunaj rivers and to encourage visitors to discover the beauty of this region.
The DHL Sereďmaratón naturally fits into this philosophy. The race route passes through several municipalities in the region, offering participants a unique opportunity to experience its diversity, atmosphere, and hospitality.

Matúšova zem will also be presented directly at square Namestie Slobody
During the event, Matúšova zem will have its own presentation stand in the expo zone at Námestie slobody in Sereď. Visitors will be able to learn more about the region’s tourist attractions, excursion opportunities, and upcoming events.
Part of the partner competition for children
The Matúšova zem stand will also be included in the new partner competition for children. Young visitors will complete fun tasks at individual stands and collect stamps. Matúšova zem will be one of these participating stands. After collecting all stamps, children will be able to choose a prize at the organizers’ stand.
Thanks to this partnership, the jubilee 20th edition of the DHL Sereďmaratón is becoming not only a major sporting event, but also an exceptional opportunity to present the Matúšova zem region to the wider public.
